October 28, 2008 Sam and Emily's Visit

Sam and Emily have been here for the past two weeks and we are all very sad to see them go tomorrow. We had a great time and Jacob was really taken with the two of them. We took lots of walks on the beach (saw some dolphins), hiked (well drove most the way actually) up Mt. Tam, went to the Pumpkin Festival at Half Moon Bay, and tooled around the city.

October 22, 2008 Little Big Man

Jacob seems to be growing right before our eyes these days. Sometimes I look back upon his old photos and I can't believe he was ever that small. And when someone else is holding him, I am amazed at how big he is. I do believe he is on the verge of crawling. We can put toys out on the bed and he eventually works his way over to them using a modified scoot-crawl. It won't be long now before we are chasing him around the house!

Here are some pics from our trip up north to Boonville. We went along with Josh, Kris, Caitlyn and Marcus (the dog). Had a wonderful long weekend before going back to work.
